The difference is, if written down it requires knowledge of spelling, punctuation, etc., while speaking as a means of oral communication or conveyed through speech. People who seem to be good at speaking everyday, can convey their words at length, are clever with tact, and are good at describing their ideas, not necessarily writing better than those who speak little or tend to be quiet. In contrast, a person rarely talks or is not quiet who is able to pour his work into written form. He is indeed less able to speak, is not good at dodging and less able to explain his ideas through spoken language, but he is more sensitive in absorbing things and can express them through written language.

In this case, a writer in his work cannot be determined based on his nature and character. People who are good at talking and someone who tends to be quiet or rarely talk everyday, in pouring his work the same. Whoever he is, how his character and nature, can only be a writer. Staying depends on the intention, perseverance and most importantly the ability (skill) of each.

Writing is nothing but transferring the language into written form using grapheme symbols. Often times, writing is associated with art, which is the art of writing. So, when a writing has become written, it is felt by the readers to be readable, accurate, concise and clear, the reader can immediately understand the contents, intentions and objectives of the writing he reads. To achieve this you really need practice and experience.

Your ability to speak is the same as the ability to use language. If this ability is not trained, or trained but not imbued and carried out continuously it will be difficult to develop it.

In writing, that ability is seen in four aspects of skills. The four aspects include listening, speaking, reading and writing. Each of these aspects is interrelated to one another. In fact, you often do in everyday life.

Your ability to listen and read is called receptive ability. Meanwhile, your ability to speak and write is called productive ability. Receptive and productive abilities, in language, are two important sides that support, fill and complement each other. These abilities are actually almost even existed every day you do it.

If you want to develop speaking and writing skills, you must listen and read a lot. Therefore, with you listening or reading information will be obtained to be discussed and written down. Developing listening and reading skills, you can also begin with speaking and writing activities. That's the aspect of language that supports one another.

Reading to you is the same as the process of digesting and understanding. In reading there is actually reason and logic. Associated with writing, a good writer will make the writing in accordance with reason and logic, including by connecting the causal relationship directly or indirectly in a sentence.

So that your writing becomes evocative, actually lies in the content or the contents of the writing. Content is the essence of an article. An interesting writing is read by a certain person, not necessarily it will be interesting to other circles or not yet on target or inspiring to other readers.

One way to make your writing evocative to read is to make them or others think that our writing is valuable to them, among others by writing topics and contents that are in accordance with the wishes of their readers.

To be able to arouse the taste of readers is not easy. Different people, sometimes different tastes.
